Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 700-800 grams of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of fat
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 tablespoons of starch
  • 1-2 tsp salt

  • pepper and spices to taste

Cooking:

1. Meat and lard must be cut into small pieces.

2. After that, beat the eggs well together with pepper, salt, garlic and other spices. Add to the egg mass 3-4 tablespoons of starch and mix with chopped meat.

3. Put the minced meat in foil, tightly closing all the edges, and cook for an hour in the oven at 200 degrees.
